Autumn style: the new codes of cool for this season are upon us, here’s a few of my A/W 2015 favourites, a complete mix of designer to high street. A palette of simple contrast’s and the heavy purity of monochrome.
I’m loving slouchy sweaters with mini’s I can’t take my eyes off this black wool blend skirt with military style button detailing – I just adore it. Wrap around skirts are also on my Autumn radar, a flattering cut that elongates legs – versatile as they can be paired with everything from button downs, crop tops or turtlenecks once the temperatures drop with opaque tights (this top shop version cut’s a close second to the Isabel Marant original for a fraction of the price)
On to Pom pom’s which are having a moment, they’re so fun I already have a grey one but was on the look out for one in black this one from Charlotte Simone with its cute silver hardware is set to be this weekends purchase. The Burberry Brit biker boots are on my Christmas list and I’m looking forward to trying on some over the knee boots it’s just finding a pair with that perfect fit.
Finally the two coats on this list I adore in almost equal measure since I spotted the fashion week glamorati enveloped in blush faux fur I knew had to search one out for myself I love this one from Reise and I’m seriously considering its purchase. The fluffy leopard coat is also an anticipated addition, racy animal prints are such an easy winter wardrobe energiser. This kitsch coat will work day to evening and throughout the festive party season.
What key pieces are on your Autumn wishlist?
