Michael Bublé enters the fragrance market with his debut scent By Invitation. Airy, energising, and above all romantic, inhaling this scent is akin to reliving your most memorable of days, reminiscent of balmy summer evenings yet totally elegant and sophisticated.
A harmonious combination that includes two of my favourite fragrance notes; peony and red fruits.
The fragrance opens with light top notes of bergamot and red fruit intertwined with heart notes of lily of the valley, rose, wild jasmine and peony. Whilst deep base notes of sandalwood-musks and vanilla impart a woody hit taking the overall scent down to an invoking spicy floral.
Far from being a delicate floral, the fragrance is heady and lasts all day on my skin it seems the perfect harmony of tradition and modernity. A chic fragrance that could easily transition from day to night.
Inspired by the nostalgia of days gone by the scents contemporary design suspends the bottle in a beautiful gold bracelet reminiscent of the atomisers of the past.
Designed by Michael himself who wanted to create a fragrance that represents the same sentiments as his music I think he’s done exactly that!
I sampled the 100ml size of Michael Bublé – By Invitation* £55, also available is a smaller 50ml bottle, £39.
Does this sound like a fragrance you would like to try?
